What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email, and phone number. When you build an invitation, we store the wedding details, photos, and guest list information you choose to add. When guests RSVP or leave a wish on your invitation, we store what they submit (name, contact details, and their message).

How we use it

We use your information to operate your account, render your invitation, process payments via Razorpay, send transactional emails (payment confirmations, renewal reminders), and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Photos and uploads

Photos you upload are stored with Cloudinary, our media hosting provider. They remain accessible for as long as your invitation is live, and for a reasonable period afterward for renewal purposes.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — only the payment status and amount.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your invitation content at any time from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact support@invitima.com.
